Special Webinar – Restart/Reboot – 25 June 2020

Charting a course for your business post-Covid-19

Business leaders all over the country are trying to figure out how to restart their companies in the economic shadow of Covid-19. We cannot assume that things that worked pre-Covid-19 will automatically work in the coming months and years. Instead, we will all need to review our assumptions about how our businesses create value.

In many cases, we cannot simply resume: we must reboot.

This special webinar, designed specifically for the owner-founders of micro, small and medium-sized businesses, will help you to chart the course ahead. Leadership in such times is not easy. It requires critical self-awareness and emotional resilience to confront your own limitations, biases and past experiences. But whilst Covid-19 presents immense challenges, it could also offer opportunities to increase profit and competitiveness. The restart period could, in fact, be the best of all possible times to make changes.

Join us for this free webinar where Dr Andrew Greenman will share evidence-based insights into how to restart/reboot your business. There will also be an opportunity to put your questions to Andrew directly.

Our speakers

Dr Andrew Greenman
Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship and Small Business at Nottingham University Business School

Andrew’s extensive experience as an entrepreneurship educator, combined with his research into how owner-founders understand and achieve business growth, means he is well placed to offer insights into the business restart post-Covid-19. Since 2012, Andrew has delivered business growth programmes to c.175 small business owners – many of whom were participating in the shadow of the 2008 financial crash. The learnings around crisis recovery from that period have acute relevance today, as businesses navigate the challenges of an uncertain economic landscape. Andrew’s research interest in entrepreneurial value creation speaks to heart of what it is to lead a business in these exceptional times.
