Designing and implementing digital transformational change successfully is dependant on an organisation’s digital IQ; how well its leaders define, lead and communicate the transformation. However, it is also dependent of the digital qualifications of the employees who need to roll out digital processes and services.

Join us at this briefing event for senior business leaders, at which Professor Andrew Callaghan – who has spent over 25 years delivering strategy for blue chip companies – will explore the following topics:

  • Designing and implementing an Industry 4.0 (digital) strategy
  • Understanding the key benefits including reducing costs and opportunities to create new revenue
  • How to unlock these benefits by digitising:
    a. Product and service offerings
    b. Vertical and horizontal value chains

Professor Andrew Callaghan
Professor of Strategy and Digital Transformation & Managing Director of Experience Analytics Ltd

Andrew is a Professor of Strategy (and Digital Transformation) at the University of Nottingham Business School and is also Managing Director at Experience Analytics Ltd. Experience Analytics is a technology start up, which has developed an innovative way to measure and manage customer experience to improve competitive advantage. Since 1997, Andrew has held various director level roles at blue chip companies delivering strategy and business development within a technology, systems integration and engineering support programme environment. He has worked with FTSE100 companies including Lockheed Martin, Capgemini, Accenture and Babcock International Group to generate over £500M in sales and to lead business unit and programme strategies. He is also an alumnus of Nottingham University Business School with a PhD in Marketing.
