The University of Nottingham is delighted to invite you to attend this free one-day event. It will bring together transport experts from academia, industry, and supporting organisations, including the Transport Systems Catapult, to discuss the current hot topics in transport technologies, addressing cross sector issues such as propulsion and power, light-weighting and advanced manufacturing, intelligent vehicle and transport infrastructure, seamless mobility and the optimisation of transport of goods and people.
The University of Nottingham has taken a lead in many areas of research in transport technologies which are relevant, and transferable, across different transport sectors. This event will enable you to hear about our expertise across a range of disciplines, extensive industrial partnerships and successes and to explore future ideas and applications of this research.
This is an excellent opportunity to hear about key technologies being employed in other transport sectors that have relevance to your sector and to meet with key people involved in those technologies. Examples of our leading research will be on display throughout the day, facilities will be available to view and we will host a series of short panel discussions where you can hear about current issues and ask questions of our experts and industry representatives.
