Since it was established 10 years ago, The Ingenuity Network has grown into a thriving community of over 1800 individuals. Here, we’ll be featuring examples of how some of those individuals have benefited from working with The University of Nottingham. This month our featured member is Tripti Gyan.
Tripti Gyan is a chartered and HCPC registered physiotherapist. She manages her own private physiotherapy practice, TG Physiotherapy Care, in Nottingham city centre. She is also employed by the Crystal Palace Group of Physiotherapists to create a new on-site occupational health physiotherapy service for a company in Newark.
Tripti works with each of her patients to help them successfully recover from pain and injuries and navigate their way forward to a better quality of life. Here, she tells us about her long-standing relationship with The Ingenuity Network:
Since joining the network I have been extremely fortunate to have been a member of the second cohort of the Growth 100 programme in 2014 [an SME business-growth and leadership development programme delivered by Nottingham University Business School in partnership with Nottingham City Council], and to have attended the many one-day workshops that have been open to the network’s members.
The value of The Ingenuity Network goes beyond what I do in my everyday work. It helps me connect with a variety of professionals, businesses and academics, from a diverse range of industries, some of whom I would never have had the opportunity to meet and to learn from. This has provided me with invaluable insights that have benefited not only myself, but also my patients and how I run my business. The network has helped me to think outside the remit of my professional skillset which in turn has helped me to become a better, more knowledgeable and more successful business owner.
I would highly recommend joining The Ingenuity Network; I consider it a vital asset for people who are committed to continuous learning and improving their knowledge and skills. Thank you, Ingenuity, for helping me to consistently think creatively!”
